Synopsis

Shana is looking for a job, she needs cash to leave France and her wrong crowd. But the past she’s looking to forget is never far. Besides, does she really want to put it behind her?

Biography

After studying philosophy, Lila did a master’s degree in documentary filmmaking at Lussas. She directed her first film in 2009 and began a long collaboration with Chloé Mahieu. At the same time, she collaborates on different projects. Her films have been shown on Arte, France 2 and in numerous festivals. Her feature debut, Kiss and cry, co-directed with Chloé Mahieu, premiered at ACID in 2017 and hit theaters the same year.
